More tales told to Planning and Zoning at the March 2015 hearing. Discussion was over a pond the Housing Authority's Engineer claims doesn't exist. D'Andrea said the neighbors who have lived here from the early 1900's were mistaken, he failed to show the 1958 tax map on file at the town hall, and proved maps before the existence of the pond and after.
