November 21, 2014 Board of Selectman Meeting. The most interesting part of the meeting. George Yankowich tells the Board of Selectman of his relationship with Mellick-Tully , the NJ based firm that was not certified with the State of Connecticut to take soil samples on the Armstrong Court property. Coincidence that the State of CT has over 360 firms to chose to test soil and that the Greenwich Housing Authority chose this out of state firm to test soil?
